Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Vow & Volume. We create handmade wedding invitations, personalized gifts, wedding favors, and other custom products.
Because most of our products are made specifically for each customer, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom and Personalized Products
All products containing personalized names, dates, wording, photographs, colors, layouts, sizes, quantities, or other customer-requested details are considered custom products.
Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after the design or production process has begun, except where:
- The product is materially different from the approved design proof.
- We made a production or printing error.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at jiushiwo023@gmail.com.
A cancellation may be approved if design work, material preparation, or production has not started. Once design work or production has begun, any design, material, payment-processing, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Orders cannot be canceled after the customer approves the final design proof.
Design Proof Approval
Before production, we will provide a digital design proof for the customer to review.
The customer is responsible for checking:
- Names and spelling
- Event date and time
- Venue name and address
- RSVP information
- Invitation wording
- Colors and layout
- Quantities, sizes, and selected options
Production begins after the customer approves the proof. Approval confirms that all information in the proof is correct.
We cannot provide a free reprint or refund for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect addresses, missing information, or other errors that appeared in a proof approved by the customer.
Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handmade and may use specialty paper, ribbons, wax seals, printing finishes, and decorative materials.
The following minor variations are part of the handmade process and are not normally considered defects:
- Slight differences in color between screens and printed products
- Minor differences between material batches
- Small variations in cutting, folding, placement, or wax seals
- Natural variations in paper texture, fibers, and finishes
Customers with strict color or material requirements should request or purchase a sample before placing a full order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the affected products
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, reprint, missing items, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Do not return any product without contacting us first.
Non-Custom Products
If a product is specifically identified as non-custom or ready-made, you may contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and personalized service fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require approximately 5–10 business days to process the refund.
