These Terms of Service apply when you visit Vow-Volume.com, contact Vow & Volume, or purchase our products.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on our website.

Products and Services

Vow & Volume is a China-based wedding customization business specializing in wedding invitations, personalized gifts, wedding favors, and related custom products.

We may also provide custom design, production, and product-sourcing services based on photographs, ideas, or specifications supplied by customers.

Custom Order Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate information in editable text whenever possible.

For custom invitations, this may include:

  • Type of event
  • Required quantity
  • Preferred colors
  • Matching RSVP cards, menu cards, or inserts
  • Requested delivery date
  • Photograph, cartoon, or line-art requirements
  • Names of the couple or hosts
  • Event date, time, venue, and complete address
  • RSVP deadline and contact details
  • Greeting, reminder, or dress-code information
  • Gift-registry information
  • Required language
  • Other special instructions

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing, unclear, inaccurate, or late information.

Proofs and Revisions

We will provide a digital proof before production.

Customers must carefully review and approve the proof. Approval authorizes us to produce the order using the approved information and layout.

Material changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may delay production or delivery.

Customer-Provided Materials

Customers confirm that they have the legal right to use all photographs, illustrations, logos, wording, trademarks, and other content supplied to us.

Customers are responsible for claims arising from materials they provide. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website or provided in a custom quotation.

Full payment may be required before design or production begins. Additional work outside the original order—including major design changes, added products, upgraded materials, increased quantities, or expedited service—may require an additional payment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors before accepting an order.

Colors and Handmade Variations

Screen displays do not always reproduce printed colors accurately. Paper, ink, ribbon, wax seals, and other materials may also vary slightly between production batches.

Reasonable handmade and material variations are not defects.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vow & Volume retains ownership of its original templates, layouts, illustrations, patterns, photographs, and design files.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of editable design files, templates, or commercial reproduction rights.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use our designs without written permission.

Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

  • Material unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • An impractical production request
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unlawful or infringing content
  • Customer abuse or misuse of our services

If we cancel an order for reasons not caused by the customer, we will refund the applicable amount.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Vow & Volume is not responsible for indirect losses caused by:

  • A customer’s failure to order early enough
  • Incorrect information approved by the customer
  • Changes to an event or wedding schedule
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Government action
  • Other events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The version published when an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
